1. Zero Personal Data & No Accounts
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location coordinates, or payment details. You do not need to register or sign in to play. All game loops, canvas rendering, and sound synthesizers execute 100% locally in your browser.
2. Local Device Storage (No Cookies)
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. We use your browser's standard localStorage API exclusively to save gameplay state locally on your device:

Theme, mute, and local high scores stay on your phone. The 3-digit tag and your numeric scores (game name + number only) are sent to an anonymous score server so other players can see a global board. No names, emails, or accounts. Clearing site data for goldwing.lol drops your local copy of the tag — you will get a new one next visit.
3. Anonymous Aggregate Analytics
We collect generic, aggregate statistics via Vercel Web Analytics (page visits, browser type, country, and cookieless virtual page paths for game launches and local high-score beats) to see which games players enjoy. Those analytics paths include only the game name — never the numeric score, and never a player identity. Separately, the optional global board stores an anonymous 3-digit tag plus numeric scores on Cloudflare Workers KV so players can compare ranks. This system is completely cookieless, does not track individuals across websites, and processes metrics without storing personal identifiers (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) Legitimate Interest).
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Pocket Arcade is a family-friendly casual game collection suitable for players of all ages. Because we do not collect personal data or behavioral profiles from any player, we comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy regulations.
